Merciglobal Cloud ERP Customer's need to register their customer care number with META offical Whatsapp Account.

A customer opens the WhatsApp application on their mobile device and composes a message to the registered WhatsApp number.

Message Intercepted by WhatsApp Servers

The message sent by the customer is intercepted by the WhatsApp servers, which act as an intermediary between the customer's device and Merciglobal's cloud servers.

Message Forwarded to Merciglobal's Cloud Servers

The WhatsApp servers then forward the intercepted message to Merciglobal's cloud servers, where it is handled transparently, auto-processed and responded by the ERP software.

  • Charges for creation of chatbot will be ascertained only upon submission of complete details towards the functioning and automation of the chatbot, payable to Merciglobal Systems.

  • External API usage charges shall be applicable extra.
